I am from Albania. I earned my degree in Elementary Education and began my teaching career there, where I worked as a kindergarten teacher for five years. Teaching has been my passion for more than 22 years, and for the past six years, I have had the privilege of teaching here at Little Red School House. I truly love watching children grow in confidence, develop friendships, discover their interests, and experience the joy of learning through play and exploration. Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, reading, writing, listening to music and going for walks.

This will be my second year at LRSH in the preschool classroom and I am so excited for another wonderful year! Before joining Little Red, I spent five years as a nanny in Ohio, where I discovered my passion for working with young children. I was looking for a place where I could build meaningful connections with children, families, and the community, and I am so grateful to have found that here at Little Red School House. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my dog and boyfriend, riding my bike, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors. I am looking forward to a great school year with all of you!

I’m originally from Nicaragua, where I worked as a general doctor. I moved here three years ago and since then, I’ve been dedicating my passion and care to early childhood education. I’m also a proud mom to an 8-year-old boy and an 11-month-old baby girl!!! When I am not at work, I enjoy fresh air, going for a walk, biking, or going to the gym. Working with toddlers brings me so much joy. I love creating a warm, safe and nurturing environment where little ones feel confident to explore, learn and grow. I’m truly honored to be part of your child’s learning journey, and I look forward to building a strong connection with your family this year.

I am originally from New Hampshire and have been living on and off in Colorado for the past eight years, and am just finishing my first full year here. I have spent the last five years working in Reggio-inspired infant and toddler classrooms and love being part of this work. I find it especially meaningful to watch children grow, explore, and make sense of the world around them, and am excited to continue building relationships with the children and families while being part of such a connected classroom community.

This is my first year teaching at LRSH! However, I have a background in Early Childhood Special Education: I taught at Boulder Valley School District for 10 years before moving up to the Roaring Fork Valley in late 2019. My passion for working with children is reflected in the respect I hold for children and their families. I believe every child has something special to contribute to the world, and it is our privilege to help them illuminate that light inside them. When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy hiking, biking, and river hangs with my dog and my friends, going to see live music, and I love to snowboard in the winter! I very much look forward to a magical school year building connections with you and your child(ren)!
