Philosophy

Tiny Pines (TPP) will focus on the child as a whole and as an individual. With a focus on social-emotional growth, we will help children to learn and develop in all areas of development. Tiny Pines will help the children to respect themselves, others and the environment around them. We will use the environment around us to teach the children life skills to help them be successful in everything they do.

STAFF

Christina Holloway: Christina is the owner, director, preschool teacher, bus driver and accountant for WCK. Christina has worked in the early childhood field since 1997 and has a degree in human development and family studies. Christina’s passion is caring for all children and their families.

Elizabeth Granger Lewis – Elizabeth Granger Lewis worked in early childhood education for 10 years, before having children of her own, and is now excited to be back in the classroom!
Liz has a B.A. from Duke University and a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from Bank Street College.
Spending time with children, loving on them and helping to facilitate their learning and growth is her happy place.
She also fell so in love with reading children’s picture books with them that she wrote and published her own.
Liz is truly happy and grateful to be a part of this wonderful community.
