Philosophy

Little Red School House (LRSH) will focus on the child as a whole and as an individual. With a focus on social-emotional growth, we will help children to learn and develop in all areas of development. Little Red School House will help the children to respect themselves, others and the environment around them. We will use the environment around us to teach the children life skills to help them be successful in everything they do.

Classroom Ages and Ratios

Toddlers:
12 months to 3 years
4 children to 1 teacher

Preschool:
3 to 5 years
8 children to 1 teacher

STAFF

Christina Holloway: Christina is the owner, director, preschool teacher, bus driver and accountant for WCK. Christina has worked in the early childhood field since 1997 and has a degree in human development and family studies. Christina’s passion is caring for all children and their families.

Jolanda Bardhi: I was born in Korce,Albania and came to Colorado in 2013. I am married. I have two boys.Dejvis (11 years old) and Alvin (8 years old). I enjoy spending time with my family and go shopping and vacations. I have been at Little Red for almost 3 years. I enjoy being with children each day. They are learning at such a fast rate and come up with some great ideas! At Little Red I also love the environment that we all have created, the triangle (teachers/children/families)

Crystal Davis: Crystal works in the Toddler room a LRSH, she has been in this field for 6 years. Crystal’s passion is loving and caring for the children and supporting their families. She is currently in school studying Early Childhood Education and will be a lifelong learner.

Tailzhen Cano was born in a tropical country, Nicaragua. I am a mom of a 6 year old boy. I studied to be a general doctor, these tools help me take care of children. This is my first year in the US. I am enjoying the cold weather, the mountains and learning the language. I love being part of the toddler room team.
